Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders
Damaged in Transit?
If your order arrives damaged or spoiled:

Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

Email them to contact@infinitnutrition.us within 7 days of delivery

We’ll ship a replacement within 2 business days at no cost to you

How are orders packed?

What if my package is delayed?

Carriers occasionally experience delays. If your tracking hasn’t updated in 5+ business days, reach out to us and we’ll investigate.
